Michael is originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, he's a very motivated and goal oriented individual. When his friend Lavell passed away, his vision for the business was to help people reach their fitness goals and become better versions of themselves. Lavell's passion for this mission inspired Michael to take over and keep his legacy alive. A gym that focuses on providing an environment where people can come together to exercise and improve their overall health and well-being. It has been an incredible journey so far and Michael is looking forward to what the future holds. He's passionate about helping people reach their goals, whether it's through personal training or group classes. His mission is to help as many people as possible live healthier and happier lives! - helping people achieve their fitness goals and staying true to Lavell's vision and Legacy.

Growing up as an athlete, fitness has always been a part of my life. in high school I played volleyball, basketball, and track. Ran collegiate track and field while pursing , my degree in Exercise Science. After college I also took some time to compete in Olympic Weightlifting. Since graduating, I have worked in strength and conditioning and personal training with all levels of individuals from pro athletes, to those individuals beginning their fitness journey. Finding my own way of fitness after sports has been an experience that has shaped how I approach training my clients today. I am very passionate about everyone finding a fitness routine that works for their lifestyle. Everyone has it in them to reach goals and lifestyle they dream of, it's just a matter of finding the right person to push you to the next level!
